Pre-Sales Service
1. Requirements Communication and Solution Design: We conduct in-depth discussions with customers to understand their power usage scenarios, power requirements, installation environment, and other information. We then provide customized transformer selection recommendations and technical solutions based on their specific needs.
2. Technical Consultation and Support: We answer customer questions regarding transformer performance, specifications, safety standards, installation conditions, and other aspects, provide product manuals and technical documentation, and conduct on-site inspections when necessary.
3. Quotation and Contract Negotiation: We provide reasonable quotations based on customer needs, clarify product specifications, delivery cycles, and after-sales service terms, and assist in contract signing.

In-Sales Service

1. Production Progress Tracking: We provide timely feedback to customers on transformer production progress to ensure compliance with the contractual schedule. Any special circumstances will be communicated and coordinated in advance.
2. Quality Control: We strictly adhere to quality standards throughout the production process and, if necessary, invite customers to participate in key quality inspections to ensure product compliance.
3. Logistics and Delivery: We arrange professional logistics and transportation to ensure the transformers arrive safely at the designated location. We assist customers with arrival inspection and verify product quantity, specifications, and appearance.

After-Sales Service

1. Our company implements a quality control system for our equipment. If any quality issues are discovered during the warranty period,
we will repair or replace the equipment at our expense. Beyond the warranty period, we will continue to provide follow-up service and charge only the cost.
2. During the warranty period, we will perform regular inspections and maintenance on the equipment we provide.
3. Our company has a comprehensive after-sales service network and a professional service team. We will dispatch a technician to your site within 24 hours of receiving a fault notification. If the issue is a software issue, we will respond by phone or fax within 1 hour of receiving the fault notification. If the issue remains unresolved, we will dispatch a technician to your site within 2-24 hours. After-sales service is available 24 hours a day.
4. Our company is committed to providing you with spare parts at reasonable prices on a long-term basis and will not refuse or arbitrarily increase prices for any reason.
5. Upon delivery of the equipment, the Quality Assurance Department will provide you with valid installation and operating instructions.
6. The After-Sales Service Department will provide free training for your personnel as needed. 7. Our company is responsible for the quality of all equipment provided (including purchased equipment) and for ensuring that it complies with the contract requirements. If any equipment is found to have quality problems or not meet the requirements, our company will repair or replace it free of charge.
8. We will provide operational supervision and maintenance for the equipment within the agreed-upon period.
9. Our company guarantees that the equipment provided is brand new, unused, and genuine, fully meeting the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the contract.
10. Our company promises to dispatch technicians free of charge to provide guidance on equipment installation and commissioning. During the installation, commissioning, and operation of the equipment, any damage caused by our company or improper use will be promptly repaired. If damage is caused by our company, we will bear the costs incurred; for repairs caused by other reasons, we will only charge the cost of the repair.
11. Our company promises to provide long-term technical support for all accessories required for the equipment.
12. The After-Sales Service Department will establish "After-Sales Service Tracking Information" (i.e., "User Profile") to record the equipment delivery date, equipment usage, your contact information, and past after-sales service records, and conduct regular follow-up and return visits.
13. After each after-sales service session, please complete the "After-sales Service Work Receipt" and prepare the "After-sales Service Work Report" upon returning to the factory.
14. The Marketing Department will proactively provide you with product usage and improvement information through sales channels. We will also compile your feedback and complaints into a dedicated ledger, provide technical feedback to the relevant departments within the factory for processing, and regularly report the results to the management representative.
