Product Structure


The 35 KV Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer's structure primarily consists of the following components:
Oil Tank: The oil tank is the outer shell of the transformer and is filled with transformer oil. Transformer oil not only insulates but also provides excellent heat dissipation, effectively dissipating heat generated within the transformer and preventing overheating and equipment damage. The oil tank typically utilizes a corrugated plate design to accommodate changes in oil volume and isolate it from the external environment.
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. Sourced from Baowu Group or imported high-permeability cold-rolled electrical steel strip, it is precision-machined using advanced automated shearing lines to ensure precise dimensions and minimal burrs. The core structure features a seven-step, 45°, fully beveled joint. It utilizes positioned laminations and a non-stacked yoke process, effectively reducing no-load losses and current. The core surface is bonded with a high-temperature-resistant resin to enhance overall structural strength, and is also treated to resist moisture and corrosion, resulting in excellent low-loss and low-noise performance.
Windings: Made of conductive material (usually copper or aluminum), windings carry current and generate electromagnetic induction. They consist of a primary winding (high-voltage side) and a secondary winding (low-voltage side), typically wound concentrically around the core. Winding design considers factors such as current density, insulation performance, and mechanical strength.
Tap changers: Adjust the transformer's output voltage to suit varying grid requirements.
Bushings: Both low-voltage and high-voltage bushings connect the transformer's windings to external circuits.
Gas relays and pressure relief valves: These protective devices monitor pressure and gas conditions within the transformer. When an abnormality occurs, they release pressure or sound an alarm, ensuring safe operation. III. Product Features
