Product Structure

Oil Tank: The outer shell of the oil-immersed transformer, constructed from welded steel plates, houses the transformer body (including the core and windings) and transformer oil. The oil tank is typically fully oil-filled and sealed. The corrugated tank shell adapts to oil expansion through its inherent elasticity, achieving a permanent seal.
Core: The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. Sourced from Baowu Group or imported high-permeability cold-rolled electrical steel strip, it is precision-machined using advanced automated shearing lines to ensure precise dimensions and minimal burrs. The core structure features a seven-step, 45°, fully beveled joint. It utilizes positioned laminations and a non-stacked yoke process, effectively reducing no-load losses and current. The core surface is bonded with a high-temperature-resistant resin to enhance overall structural strength, and is also treated for moisture and corrosion resistance, resulting in excellent low-loss and low-noise performance.
Windings: Made of high-quality QQ shrink-wrapped enameled round copper wire and flat copper coins drawn from oxygen-free copper rod. The low-voltage winding is installed close to the core, while the high-voltage winding is wrapped around it. A sufficient insulation gap and heat dissipation space are maintained between the low-voltage and high-voltage windings, as well as between the low-voltage winding and the core.
Tap changer: Used to adjust the transformer's output voltage to suit varying grid requirements.
Bushing: Includes low-voltage and high-voltage bushings, connecting the transformer's internal windings to the external circuit.
Gas relays and pressure relief valves: These protective devices monitor pressure and gas conditions within the transformer. When an abnormality occurs, they can promptly release pressure or sound an alarm to ensure safe operation of the transformer.
