This is an important part of ensuring the safe and stable operation of transformers. Through daily inspections, potential problems can be discovered and dealt with in a timely manner to ensure the stable power supply of the power system.

We should always be vigilant about the transformers in operation. Through patrol inspections and continuous monitoring, we can promptly discover any abnormal phenomena or potential faults, thereby effectively preventing the occurrence of major accidents. During the inspection and monitoring process, we need to pay attention to several key items, including:

(1) Whether the transformer makes abnormal sounds, such as uneven sounds or discharge sounds.

(2) Whether the oil level is within the normal range and whether there is oil seepage or leakage.

(3) Whether the oil temperature is stable at a normal level. Generally, the upper oil temperature should not exceed 85℃.

(4) Whether the bushing is in good condition, clean and free of cracks, damage or discharge.

(5) Whether there are signs of heat at the joints.

(6) Whether the explosion-proof membrane of the explosion-proof pipe remains intact.

(7) Whether the gas relay has oil leakage problems and whether it is full of oil. (8) Is the working condition of the respirator normal? Is the oil level of the oil-sealed respirator appropriate? Is the silicone in the respirator saturated with moisture?
(9) Is the cooling system running smoothly and without any signs of malfunction?
(10) Is the housing grounding wire intact and well grounded?
